Vahini was the very first vendor I booked when we started to plan our wedding. I was ready to move my dates around if she wasn’t available but luckily she was. We jumped on a call and from the get-go she was hands on, attentive to detail and very helpful - my fiance and I immediately knew she was the right person to help us plan our wedding.

Our wedding was unique and we needed a lot of guidance to establish a ceremony flow. I’ve seen on Instagram that Vahini had experience coordinating all sorts of weddings but beyond this she had a lot of knowledge about ceremonies, why things are done the way they are and meanings - this was incredibly helpful. With her help, we planned our dream wedding. Throughout this process, Vahini was so attentive, responsive and did a lot more than she had to! Any issue we came across, we immediately consulted with her and she always gave us guidance and/or helped us tackle it. I’ve with worked a couple other coordinators in the past in this industry and Vahini easily stands out with her passion, work ethic and true commitment to her clients!

Wedding planning is stressful and there are a lot of vendors in the industry that add to this stress unfortunately - Vahini was the perfect person to help us deal with any vendors that were slacking and made sure everything was on track.
